100 gram protien lunch

What I’m eating for lunch: BIG OLE OMELETTE! 200g egg whites, 28g ff cheddar, 56g lean turkey on top side of chunky salsa Nearly 90 grams of protein, 1 gram of fat and just under 5 carbs! Tastes bomb and keeps me full! Oh and some ranch @kernelseasons sprinkled on top too!
